"I was kind of surprised, actually —..."
I was kind of surprised, actually, they had way more kitchen items than I expected. It was easy to look around and, you know, find exactly what I needed without much hassle.

"Decent for the price, but a little confusing"
It’s okay for what I paid, but I expected the quality to be a bit better. It does the job, so I can’t complain too much, but the whole experience felt a little unclear. I wasn’t really sure what the next steps were or what to expect after getting it, which was kind of frustrating.

"Delivery dragged on longer than expected"
I ordered a small kitchen item and thought it would arrive quickly, but it ended up taking way longer than I expected. The tracking barely moved for days, and reading between the lines, it felt like the package was just sitting somewhere without much happening. The item itself is fine, so I wouldn’t say it was a total miss, but the slow shipping definitely made the whole experience frustrating.

"Easy enough, but could be smoother"
I spent a bit of time browsing lhs-kitchen.com, and overall it was easy to get around. The pages loaded fine for me, and I could find most of the main things I was looking for without getting too frustrated, if that makes sense.
That said, a few parts felt a little clunky to me, especially the menus and product filters. Maybe it’s just me, but I feel like those could be clearer. It’s not a bad site at all, just not the smoothest experience. I’d say it’s decent overall.

"I returned my item within the return window..."
I returned my item within the return window, so I figured, okay, refund should be straightforward, right? Nope. After sending it back, I barely heard anything and ended up having to message them more than once just to find out what was going on. At some point I was thinking, why am I having to chase my own money like this? The replies took ages and didn’t really answer much either. Overall, it just felt messy and frustrating. I wouldn’t order from them again

"Not sure how my order got so messed up"
I ordered a few kitchen items from LHS, but when the package showed up, it was just confusing. One thing was missing completely, and another item was something I definitely didn’t choose. I even went back and checked my confirmation email because I thought maybe I made a mistake, but everything there was correct. So I have no idea how they ended up sending the wrong stuff. Frustrating after waiting for the delivery and then still not being able to use what I needed.

"Pretty decent, just a little clunky haha"
The site was easy enough to look around, but a few pages were kind of slow to load and I had to dig a bit to find some details. Nothing terrible, haha, just could be a bit smoother overall.

"Helpful support, even if it took a bit"
I called support and they were nice and helpful. It did take a little longer than I expected, but they got there in the end. I feel like that’s fair to say, right?

"Really happy with these pans"
I’m really pleased with these pans so far. They feel solid and well-made, and I’m excited to keep using them. The only small downside is that one arrived with a tiny scratch, so the packaging could definitely be a bit better.
